Calibrating Scanner

Scanner is showing either inaccurate weight and results

To ensure accurate readings, calibrate the scanner whenever required.

 

  1. Press the Control Panel button located at the bottom of the screen.

     

  2. Select Scale Setup.

     

  3. Select Calibrate.

     

  4. Allow the calibration process to complete without interruption.

 

 Important Ensure no objects/weight is placed on the scale platform during calibration.

  1. Access the Control Panel by pressing the Evolt logo on the top left corner of the Log In/ Sign up Screen

     

  2. Press the scale button.

    • Make sure the settings are as follows:

             Scale Mode: Metric or Imperial

             Abdominal Circumference: ON

             Abdominal Obesity over 18: ON

             Measurement Mode: PRECISION

             Weight of Clothes: 1.1lbs (0.5kg)

             Scale Weight: 0.00

    • Select the 'Calibrate' button and press the 'Save' button to save changes.

    • Select the red 'Start Scanning' button to go back to the Log In/ Sign up screen.

    • Select "Weight Only Measurement" to test weight for accuracy or Log In for a scan to compare scan results. 

    Important If the scanner is in a room with a lot of electronics, please change measurement mode to normal
